At Bilzar Fragrance, we want you to love your fragrance. If something’s not right, here’s exactly how we handle it.
Exchange Window
- You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund.
- Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility
- Product can be opened and used, but at least 90% of the fragrance must remain in the bottle.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging/box.
- If you’d simply like a different fragrance, or you’re not happy with your purchase, you can choose either an exchange or a cash refund — as long as the request is made within 3 days and at least 90% of the product remains.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund
- Message us on WhatsApp at +92 370 2331902 within 3 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and a short video/photo of the product showing the remaining quantity.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Note: Unboxing video or clear photo proof is required for all exchange/refund requests. This helps us verify the product condition and process your request faster.
Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind exchanges or refunds, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Bilzar Fragrance is not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged bottle or the wrong fragrance:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photo/video proof.
- In this case only, Bilzar Fragrance will cover the return shipping cost, and you’ll receive a free replacement or refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Request made after 3 days
- Product used beyond 90% of the bottle
- Item returned without original packaging
- No proof/video provided at the time of request
